Brad McQueen, posing here with a lionfish catch, was fishing offshore St. Thomas, USVI, when he suffered an unusual and severe hand injury: a barracuda bite. The quick actions of the boat captain, Rusty Day, and his hand surgeon, Dr. Kyle Kokko, put him on the path to recovery.
